The Patels, second viewing. They asked about the school district and whether the garage fits two cars. On the first call they said their ceiling is $640k; the listing is $655k. Comps from the last 90 days are in the one-pager.

The short answer

What does Cicada do for real estate teams?

For a real estate team, Cicada is an AI agent that keeps the pipeline moving between showings. It reads new leads from your inbox, the portals' lead emails and your web form, logs them in your CRM and drafts the first reply. It schedules viewings in Google Calendar, preps you with what the buyer asked and what they've already seen, and chases the follow-ups people promised. Before a valuation it reads recent sales and listings on the web and builds a one-pager. Each agent on the team gets their own Cicada, and every message to a client waits for your yes.

What it does

What your real estate team does.

01

Logs every lead

Reads new leads from your inbox, the portals' emails and your web form, puts them in HubSpot or Salesforce with the source, and drafts the first reply for your yes.

02

Schedules viewings

Finds the times that work for you and the buyer, puts the viewing in Google Calendar with the address and notes, and moves it when plans change.

03

Preps every showing

Before each viewing: who's coming, what they asked, what they've already seen and what they said they could spend.

04

Chases the follow-ups

Tracks who promised what (a pre-approval letter, a second viewing, an offer) and nudges after your yes. You hear the moment it lands.

05

Researches the market

Recent sales, active listings and price changes near a property, read from the web and put on a one-pager before a valuation, with the sources linked.

06

Keeps sellers updated

Drafts the weekly update for each seller from the week's viewings and feedback. It goes from your inbox after your yes.

Who it's for

Who uses it at a real estate team.

Agents

An assistant between showings

Leads logged, viewings booked and follow-ups chased from a text in the car.

Team leads

Every lead in the CRM

Nothing lives in someone's head or someone's inbox. The pipeline is in HubSpot or Salesforce, current.

Brokers

Market numbers on demand

Recent sales and listings for any street, on a one-pager, before the call.

Showing assistants

Calendars that don't clash

Viewings booked across buyers, sellers and agents, with everyone told.

Property investors

Research before an offer

Comparable sales, rents and listings for an area, in a sheet you can sort.

Transaction coordinators

Dates that don't slip

Inspection, appraisal and closing dates in the calendar, with a nudge before each one.

Setup

Set up in three steps.

  1. Say what the job is

Describe the role in a sentence when you sign up, or tell the agent in the chat. It writes its own brief, which you can read and change any time.

  2. Connect the apps it needs

One click for most apps. Each one can be Full, Ask first or Read-only, for every agent in the workspace.

  3. Link your phone, or don't

Scan a code and it's in your iMessage or WhatsApp. Or keep it in the app, Slack and email. Hand it the first job in the same message.

Control

Nothing goes out without your yes.

Nothing goes out without your yes

Anything that can't be undone, and any message to another person, waits for your OK. Approve with a 👍 in the chat, or set a role to full autonomy once you trust it.

Read-only is a real lock

Make any app read-only and the agent can look but never change a thing. It applies to every agent in the workspace, from their next run.

Every step on the record

Each run shows what it read, what it did and what it sent, step by step, in the Activity tab. Corrections you make stick.

What it won't do.

Won't pretend

If it couldn't confirm something, it leaves it out and says so. A number without a source doesn't go in a message.

Won't go around you

It never messages anyone on your behalf unless you asked, never spends money, and never makes a judgement call about money on its own.

Won't read what isn't shared

Teammates' agents work only through the apps the workspace shares. Your inbox and your personal apps stay under your own login.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Does it work with my CRM?

HubSpot and Salesforce connect in a click, and so do many others. If your CRM is a website with no app, it uses its own browser with your login kept in a vault, and you can watch it and take over.

Will it message clients on its own?

No. Replies, viewing times and seller updates are drafted and wait for your OK. A 👍 in the chat sends them from your own inbox.

Where do I talk to it?

iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, email or the web app. Link your phone with a code and text it from the car. In a group chat it stays quiet until someone names it.

Can it research a property?

Yes. It reads recent sales, listings and price changes from the web and puts them on a one-pager or a sheet, with the links it used. If it couldn't confirm a figure, it leaves it out and says so.

Does it join calls?

Yes. It joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex as your notetaker and texts you the decisions and next steps when the call ends.

Can every agent on the team have one?

Yes. Everyone in your workspace gets their own agent. The CRM and shared calendars are connected once; each person's inbox stays under their own login.

Will it remember my clients?

It keeps a memory of your clients, what they're looking for and your rules that you can read and edit in the app. Corrections stick.

What does it cost?

Every workspace starts with 300 free credits. You add a card at sign-up and nothing is charged until you run low; then it's $25 for 200 credits, with no subscription. A quick reply is about 5 credits and a typical run under 20; plans start at $99 a month.
