Works in the tools you already use.

Connect an app in one click and your agent can act in it, not just read it, within the permission you set. Over a thousand apps, plus your own tools through MCP, and you can reach Cicada from Claude and ChatGPT too.

What it does

Connections with control.

1,000+ apps

Email, calendars, CRMs, stores, docs, finance, support, project tools. One click each.

Full, ask first or read-only

Per app, for the whole workspace. Read-only is a real lock: the agent can look but can't change anything.

Shared or personal

Connect a team tool once for everyone, or keep an app under each person's own login.

Your own tools

Add any MCP server by URL, with OAuth or an API key, and your agents use it like any other app.

From Claude and ChatGPT

Add Cicada as a connector to search your agents' work, send them a job, or save what an assistant knows into Cicada.

A browser for the rest

For a site with no app, the agent uses its own cloud browser, signing in with logins you keep in your vault.

How it works

Set up in minutes, in plain English.

  1. Pick the app

Search the catalog in Connections and press Connect.

  2. Sign in once

OAuth or an API key. Credentials stay on the server, never in a chat.

  3. Set its permission

Full, ask first or read-only, shared or per person.

Find your apps.

888 apps, each with a page on what your agent can do in it, how it connects and what to ask. Can't find yours? Any MCP server can be added by its URL, and for a site with no app your agent can use its own browser.

Questions

Questions, answered.

How many apps does Cicada connect to?

Over a thousand, through one-click connections, plus native connectors for tools like Shopify, ShipStation, MRPeasy, TikTok Shop and ThoughtMetric, and any MCP server you add by URL.

Can I stop it changing things in an app?

Yes. Set the app to read-only and every agent in the workspace can read from it but can't create, change or delete anything. Ask first makes it check with you before each change.

Are my credentials safe?

Connections use OAuth or API keys stored server-side. They never appear in a conversation, and disconnecting an app removes them.

Can I use Cicada from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Add Cicada as a connector to search what your agents know and have done, send one of them a job, or save a document straight into Cicada.

What does it cost?

Every workspace starts free with 300 credits and no card, plus 50 more each month. Credits meter the work agents actually do. A credit pack or a plan adds more credits and switches on scheduled and background work.
