Your inbox, read for you. Only what matters, texted.
Cicada reads each email as it lands, decides whether it needs you, and texts you the few that do with a reply already drafted. Newsletters, receipts and notifications get labelled and left alone.
300 free credits to start. Live in two minutes.
Fewer emails to read. None missed.
Reads as it arrives
Each new email is read when it lands, not in a pile at the end of the day.
Texts only what needs you
A client question, a deadline, a yes you owe someone. Each with who, what and a suggested reply.
Replies in your voice
Drafts go into your own Gmail or Outlook. Say send and they go from your address, or ask for changes in the thread.
The rest, labelled
Newsletters, receipts, notifications and cold pitches get the labels or folders you choose, and stay out of your texts.
Your rules
"Anything from Northwind, tell me straight away." "Never bother me with newsletters." Say it once and it sticks.
A summary when you want it
A morning or end-of-day note: what came in, what you answered, what's still waiting.
Set up in minutes, in plain English.
Connect your inbox
Gmail or Outlook, under your own login. Teammates' agents never see it.
Say what matters
Who and what always needs you, and what never does. Plain words.
Reply from the thread
"Send it." "Make it shorter." "Say no politely." It does the rest.
Questions, answered.
Will it send emails without me?
Not unless you allow it. Drafts wait for your OK by default, and you can let routine replies go on their own while keeping approval for the rest.
Does it delete email?
It sorts by labelling and filing, so nothing disappears. Set your inbox to Ask first and every change waits for your OK.
Is my inbox private?
Yes. Your inbox connects under your own login and is never read by a teammate's agent. Credentials stay on the server, never in a chat.
Where will it text me?
iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack or email, whichever you use. The same agent answers in all of them, with the same memory.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes. Gmail and Outlook both connect in one click, and it works with the labels or folders you already use.
What does it cost?
Every workspace starts with 300 free credits. You add a card at sign-up and nothing is charged until you run low; then it's $25 for 200 credits, automatically, with no subscription. Credits meter the work agents actually do, and plans start at $99 a month.
More of what Cicada does.
One teammate. The output of a team.
