AI Designer

An AI designer for the one-pagers and decks.

It makes the one-pager, the deck, the PDF and the image in your company's logo and colors, writes the brief for the bigger jobs and gathers the feedback. It doesn't work in Figma or build product screens: that stays with your designer.

The short answer

What is an AI designer?

An AI designer, in Cicada's sense, is an agent that makes the everyday visual work a team needs and doesn't want to wait for: one-pagers, slide decks, PDFs, social images and simple graphics, all in your company's own logo and colors. Cicada's takes the ask from iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack or email, builds the file and shares it as a link that stays the same when you ask for changes. On bigger jobs it writes the brief for your designer and collects the feedback in one place. It is not a design tool: it doesn't work in Figma or make production UI.

What it does

What your AI designer does.

01

One-pagers and PDFs

A product sheet, a pitch summary, a price list or a menu, laid out in your logo and colors from what you send or what's in your apps, shared as a link or a PDF.

02

Slide decks

A deck from an outline, a doc or last quarter's numbers: a clear story, a visual on most slides, your colors. Shared as a link that shows every slide, or as a PowerPoint file.

03

Images on request

Social posts, header images and simple illustrations, made with its image generation. Several options when you want to pick.

04

Your brand by default

Your logo and colors go on everything it makes unless you say otherwise. Tell it once if the brand changes.

05

Writes the brief

For the jobs that need a real designer: the goal, the audience, the copy, the sizes, the references and the deadline, in one doc your designer can start from.

06

Collects the feedback

Gathers comments from the Slack thread, the email chain and the review call it joined as notetaker, and turns them into one list of changes.

Who it's for

Who hires an AI designer.

Founders

Pitch material on a deadline

A one-pager or a deck tonight, in your brand, without opening a design tool.

Sales teams

A leave-behind per prospect

A tailored one-pager for each account, built from the CRM and the call notes.

Marketing managers

Social images and quick graphics

The everyday images for posts and emails, so your designer stays on the campaign.

Restaurant and shop owners

Menus and flyers

A new menu, a price list or an event flyer, ready to print or post.

Designers

The briefs and feedback handled

Briefs written and feedback gathered into one list, so your hours go on the design itself.

Consultants

Client decks in your style

Findings turned into a clean deck with your logo, from a doc or a call transcript.

Setup

Set up in three steps.

  1. Say what the job is

Describe the role in a sentence when you sign up, or tell the agent in the chat. It writes its own brief, which you can read and change any time.

  2. Connect the apps it needs

One click for most apps. Each one can be Full, Ask first or Read-only, for every agent in the workspace.

  3. Link your phone, or don't

Scan a code and it's in your iMessage or WhatsApp. Or keep it in the app, Slack and email. Hand it the first job in the same message.

Control

Nothing goes out without your yes.

Nothing goes out without your yes

Anything that can't be undone, and any message to another person, waits for your OK. Approve with a 👍 in the chat, or set a role to full autonomy once you trust it.

Read-only is a real lock

Make any app read-only and the agent can look but never change a thing. It applies to every agent in the workspace, from their next run.

Every step on the record

Each run shows what it read, what it did and what it sent, step by step, in the Activity tab. Corrections you make stick.

What it won't do.

Won't pretend

If it couldn't confirm something, it leaves it out and says so. A number without a source doesn't go in a message.

Won't go around you

It never messages anyone on your behalf unless you asked, never spends money, and never makes a judgement call about money on its own.

Won't stand in for a designer

It makes everyday layouts and images. Product screens, Figma files and brand identity work go to a person, with a brief written.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Does it work in Figma?

No. It isn't a design tool and doesn't make production UI or edit design files. It makes finished one-pagers, decks, PDFs and images, and writes briefs for the work your designer does.

Where do I talk to it?

iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, email or the web app. Ask in the thread and the file comes back in the same thread as a link. In a group chat it stays quiet until someone names it.

How does it know our brand?

It reads your logo and colors from your company's website and puts them on everything it makes. Tell it in the chat if you want a different logo or palette, or none on a particular file.

What can it make?

PDFs, one-pagers, slide decks as PowerPoint files and shareable links, images, and Google Docs and Sheets. Each comes back as a link in the thread.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes, in the same thread. "Bigger logo, swap slides 3 and 4" and it updates the file. The link stays the same, so anyone you sent it to sees the new version.

Will it send things to clients?

Only when you ask, and anything to another person waits for your OK in the chat. Most of the time it hands the file to you.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Everyone in your workspace gets their own agent, and every agent uses the same logo and colors. Shared apps are connected once for the team; personal apps stay under each person's own login.

What does it cost?

Every workspace starts with 300 free credits. You add a card at sign-up and nothing is charged until you run low; then it's $25 for 200 credits, with no subscription. A quick reply is about 5 credits and a typical run under 20; plans start at $99 a month.
