@Cicada how many weeks of cover do we have on the starter kit
Cicada · 11:03 AM
About 3.5 weeks at the last 14 days' pace (412 on hand). That matches the stock tracker Dan's agent keeps. Reorder point is 3 weeks, so this week.

Two people's agents, one set of numbers
What it does

A team of agents that acts like one.

One coordinator, many specialists

You talk to one agent. It hands pieces to specialists, runs them in parallel and sends you one answer.

Shared apps, personal logins

Team tools are connected once for everyone. Personal ones, like your own inbox, stay under your login only.

Agents that check each other

Before reporting a figure another person's agent also tracks, it compares, and finds out why if they disagree.

Team memory

Business rules and facts one person teaches reach everyone's agents. Personal matters never do.

Clear permissions

Make any app read-only for the whole workspace, or ask-first for changes. Owners and admins manage sharing.

Every action logged

Each agent's activity is on record with what it did and why, so nothing happens out of sight.

How it works

Set up in minutes, in plain English.

  1. Invite your team

Each person joins the workspace and gets their own agent.

  2. Connect the shared tools once

CRM, store, shipping, docs. Everyone's agents can use them.

  3. Give each agent its job

Specialists for the recurring work, coordinated into one update.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Does everyone need their own agent?

Each member can have their own, and one coordinator can run several specialists. You decide how many agents the team needs.

Can teammates' agents see my inbox?

No. Personal apps connect under your own login and are never read by another person's agent. Agents only share through the apps the team connected together.

How do agents work together?

A coordinator delegates pieces of a job to specialists and combines what they return. Agents of different people can consult each other through the shared apps, never through private notes.

Who controls what agents can do?

Each agent has an autonomy level, each app has a permission (full, ask first or read-only), and owners and admins manage which apps are shared.

What does it cost?

Every workspace starts free with 300 credits and no card, plus 50 more each month. Credits meter the work agents actually do. A credit pack or a plan adds more credits and switches on scheduled and background work.
