The best Reclaim alternatives

Reclaim, from Dropbox, is an AI calendar assistant that schedules focus time, habits, tasks and meetings across Google and Outlook. If you need more than the calendar, a planner that works differently, or an assistant that joins your meetings and lives in your texts, these are the alternatives.

Updated 31 October 2026. Every option is checked against its own site; sources are at the foot of the page.

Why look past Reclaim

What Reclaim doesn't do.

It's only the calendar

Reclaim arranges your time; it doesn't do the work in your inbox, CRM or docs.

It doesn't join meetings

It schedules meetings and protects the time around them, but doesn't join or record them.

It isn't in your texts

You use it in its web app and your calendar, with its chat assistant and Slack status sync.

The free plan is narrow

Lite covers one person, one calendar, one scheduling link and a week ahead.

Cicada

by Cicada Labs

For the work that fills the calendar: Cicada's agents work in your inbox, CRM and 1,000+ other apps and report back in iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack or email. They join your Meet, Zoom, Teams and Webex calls and text you the notes. Cicada isn't an auto-scheduling calendar, so it sits well beside Reclaim.

What it is
AI agents you text on iMessage and WhatsApp, mention in Slack or email, and add to your group chats, where they keep every message and file and follow up on what people promised.
Where it works
iMessage and WhatsApp (one-to-one and group chats), Slack, email and a web app
What it costs
300 free credits to start with a card at sign-up, then $25 for 200 credits when you run low, or plans from $99 a month. Credits are shared across the workspace and roll over.
Worth knowing
Built for work rather than personal shopping and errands, and phone calls are switched off for now.

Pro AI $19 and Business AI $29 a seat a month, with monthly credits; free trial
Worth knowing

What it costs
Pro $22 a month, or $17 a month billed yearly; 14-day free trial with no card

05

Free plan with MCP access only; Personal $35 a month with 200 credits; Organization $35 a seat a month; Enterprise priced on request

Questions

Reclaim alternatives, answered.

What is the best alternative to Reclaim?

For auto-scheduling with projects, Motion. For time-blocking your tasks, Akiflow. For daily planning by hand, Sunsama. For agents that do the work around the calendar and join your meetings, Cicada.

Is there a free alternative to Reclaim?

Reclaim's own Lite plan is free for one person; Motion, Sunsama and Akiflow have trials rather than free plans. Cicada starts free with 300 credits; a card is taken at sign-up and nothing is charged until you run low.

What happened to Clockwise?

Clockwise's site says the product stopped being available on 27 March 2026 and its team joined Salesforce, and it pointed its users to Reclaim. Motion and Akiflow are the other auto-scheduling options here.

Does Cicada auto-schedule my calendar like Reclaim?

No. Cicada doesn't keep rearranging your calendar the way Reclaim does. It does the work in your apps and messages and joins your meetings, so the two sit well side by side.

Which Reclaim alternative joins meetings?

Cicada joins Meet, Zoom, Teams and Webex calls and texts you the notes, with the transcript kept. Motion and Lindy have notetakers too.
