Every job site, coordinated in its group chat.
Builders, electricians, installers, field crews: the job already runs on a WhatsApp group full of photos and promises. Add Cicada and it keeps every photo and drawing, answers questions about the job, and reminds people when a date they agreed to comes and goes without a word.
300 free credits to start. Live in two minutes.
The office work of a job, done in the job's group.
Every site photo kept
Progress photos, drawings, delivery notes and quotes from anyone on the job are kept, so "what did the plasterer's photo show?" has an answer next week.
Deadlines remembered
"Done by Wednesday" is noted with the person. If it passes without a word from them, it reminds them in the group, then tells you.
Questions answered from site
Anyone can tag it from the job: a measurement on a drawing, what the quote included, what was agreed on Monday.
A daily summary
"Every evening at 6, tell me what happened on each job" gets you one message per job: what's done and what's late.
Snag lists that stay current
Tag it with a snag and a photo and it goes on the job's sheet. Ask for the open list any time.
Several jobs, one agent
One group per site, one agent across all of them, so you can ask what's late across every job from your own chat.
Set up in minutes, in plain English.
Add it to each job's group
Link your phone, then add Cicada's WhatsApp number to the group for each site.
Work as you do now
Crews post photos and updates as usual. Nobody needs to install or learn anything.
Ask for the summary
A daily or weekly roundup per job, by text or email, at the time you choose.
Questions, answered.
Do my crews need to install anything?
No. They stay in WhatsApp. You link your phone and add Cicada's number to the group; they just carry on.
Does it chase people?
Only in the group, and once per missed deadline: a reminder that tags the person. After that it tells you, or emails them from your inbox if you've asked it to.
Can it read drawings and plans?
It reads PDFs and photos of drawings, including the dimensions and notes printed on them, and names the page it read from. For anything structural, check the drawing yourself.
Can it work across several jobs?
Yes. Each group is its own job. Ask it in your own chat "what's late across all jobs?" and it looks through each group.
What language does it use?
Yours. Cicada works in your language and is open to sign up in any country.
What does it cost?
Every workspace starts with 300 free credits. You add a card at sign-up and nothing is charged until you run low; then it's $25 for 200 credits, automatically, with no subscription. Credits meter the work agents actually do, and plans start at $99 a month.
